Observations:

March 2013 - Anthony Mantha was named the QMJHL First Star of the Week (ending March 3rd) as he scored two goals upping his goal tally to 47 goals to lead all QMJHL players. Mantha has now improved his draft stock and is unanimously considered a first round talent by all major scouting services. February 2013 - Mantha continues to be productive and is up to 42 goals and 77 points in 55 games. He is making a strong case to be selected in the first round in June. Eric Dauost

December 2012 – Anthony Mantha is having an excellent draft year as he currently leads the QMJHL’s Val d’Or Foreurs with 29 goals and 52 points in just 35 games. He is a power forward who may need a few years of development but could be a top-six forward down the road. He is currently ranked 16^th on Craig Button’s draft rankings.

Fantasy Outlook: B+

Good upside, but may need a couple of years before he is ready to help fantasy teams.
