Observations:
December 2012 – Ryan Pulock is a smart, two-way defenseman with a cannon of a slap shot. Pulock came into this season as one of the top defenseman in the entire WHL and he has continued to produce. The Brandon Wheat Kings captain has 29 points in 30 games this year. Pulock’s smart game mixed with his versatility and overall skill set should translate well at the next level. He could definitely improve on the physical aspect of his game and make better use of his good frame. Despite not being invited to try out for Team Canada’s World Junior squad, he will play for Team Cherry next month at the CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game.
Top pairing potential with the ability to produce on the power play.
