Observations:

June, 2012 – As a freshman for the Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs, the speedy Herbert tallied an impressive 33 points in 41 games for one of the top teams in the country. He is an outstanding skater who also possesses excellent vision and offensive instincts. Not a big player, Herbert needs to fill out but certainly shows some promise as one of the Capitals many good forward prospects.

Fantasy Outlook: B-

With his speed and vision, Herbert shows some offensive potential. He’s several years away.
