Observations:

February 2013 - After starting the year at a torrid pace, Jacobs has since slowed. He is currently sitting at 38 points in 51 games. Despite the slowed production, Jacobs is still on pace to set a career high in points. He will need to start heating up if he wants his Prince George Cougars to make a late season playoff push. Zenon Herasymiuk

November 2012 – Jacobs was dealt to the Prince George Cougars in the offseason and the change of scenery seems to be working wonders. He is currently operating at a point-per-game pace this year with 22 points in 22 games. He has already surpassed his numbers from last year and is on pace to set career highs. Zenon Herasymiuk

April 2012 – Jacobs regressed this year in large part due injuries which limited his season to 44 games. He only put up 19 points, a huge drop off from the 44 he registered in his draft year. Jacobs is a big powerful forward that works hard at both ends of the ice. Look for him to spend another year in the WHL, where he will get every opportunity to be the go to guy in Seattle. Fantasy Outlook: D+

Average offensively. Needs to develop and round out his game.
