Observations:

March 2013 - After scoring 129 goals over his last three OHL seasons, the Rangers were hoping to see Thomas top a point every two games and flirt with 20 goals as an AHL rookie. So far so good, that's about what he's delivered, which paves the way for a big breakout as an AHL sophomore in 2013-14.

February 2012 – Christian Thomas is a small, speedy forward with a quick release on his shot. The son of former NHLer Steve Thomas likes to compete hard and is not afraid to battle in tough areas despite his small size. Thomas has led the Oshawa Generals in scoring for the past three seasons, and managed to finish sixth in the OHL points race last season. There is no doubt Thomas is very skilled offensively, but his ability to compete based on size and strength remain question marks at the NHL level. - Thomas Wall

Fantasy Outlook: B

If Thomas proves he can compete with the bigger bodies in the NHL, he may carry fantasy relevance in the next three or four years.
